By downloading, installing, or using the Joiniee application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Alireza H. ("Joiniee", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Joiniee service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Joiniee. By creating an account, you confirm that:

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, or use another person's account without their permission.
Joiniee is designed for people to find and join real-world activities. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm others.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach these Terms.
You may create activities, upload photos, and submit other content ("User Content") through the App. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant Joiniee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You represent and warrant that:
We do not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.
Joiniee connects people for in-person activities. You acknowledge that:
Always exercise common sense and good judgment when meeting people through the App. If you encounter behaviour that makes you feel unsafe, please leave the situation and report the user to us immediately.
Joiniee uses your device location to show nearby activities. Location is accessed only when the App is in use and only with your explicit permission. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in the Joiniee app — including its name, logo, design, code, and all content we create — belong exclusively to Joiniee. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@joiniee.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes your data from our systems.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in behaviour harmful to other users, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the service or community. We will attempt to notify you where reasonable to do so.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joiniee and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, personal injury, or property damage — arising from your use of the App or participation in any activity found through the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the App is free, is zero).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joiniee and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If you download Joiniee from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge and agree that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
